Friday Report: November 4, 2022

This week was largely dominated by appointments, meetings, and dealing with a variety of distracting personal and family developments. Life is like that sometimes. Although I wish I could have spent eight hours a day crafting beautiful prose and publishing spectacular books, that path was unavailable.

I do, however, expect to release as many as three updated books next week, assuming no catastrophes occur between now and then.

Winter has officially arrived here in Saskatchewan, never mind what the calendar says. There’s snow on the ground and a big winter storm forecast for tomorrow. At least we don’t have to deal with switching to or from Daylight Saving Time here!

If you’re eligible to vote in the U.S. elections, I urge you to do so. If you think paying Twitter $8 a month for a blue checkmark is a good idea, I urge you not to do so. That’s pretty much all my advice for the week.

Until next time.
