This week we had a one-day, 31.4%-off sale for Pi Day. Thanks to all those who participated! In our household, we consumed three different kinds of pie (Saskatoon berry, of course, plus blueberry and cherry).
Other than that, most of the week was spent compiling the information our accountant needs to prepare our Canadian and U.S. tax returns, and that took away from the time I would much rather have spent updating books! But now that I’ve crossed the tax stuff off my list (for now), I can return my attention to all these crucial updates. I’m cautiously optimistic that we’ll have two more ready to go next week.
Winter is still hanging on tenaciously here in the Great North. I can’t believe I still had to shovel snow this week! We had a couple of days when the temperature rose briefly above freezing, but it doesn’t look like we’ll have a proper thaw until April. Oh well!
