Friday Report: June 16, 2023

This week, Kelly Turner did more editing on the new edition of Take Control of Your Passwords, which I expect to ship next week, and I did a lot of writing on the second edition of Take Control of Your Digital Legacy, which is years overdue. I think I can probably wrap that one up in a day or two, and then send it off to my editor in the hope of getting it published before the end of the month. It will be very nice to get that off my plate so I can turn my attention to the next big update in my queue, and then the one after that, and the one after that… I also wrote the next quarterly update to my DEVONthink book (which should also come out next eek), and did a little work on my books on Sonoma and MailMaven.

After reading many glowing, firsthand reports about how magical and life-changing the Apple Vision Pro is, I…still don’t want one.

Tomorrow evening Morgen and I are going to see Whose Kid Is It Anyway?—an improv mashup featuring Colin Mochrie (of Whose Line Is It Anyway?) and Kevin McDonald (of Kids in the Hall). That’ll be fun.

That’s all for now. Looking forward to telling you all about some freshly published updates next week!
