This week we released updates to three of my books:
- Take Control of 1Password, version 6.2
- Take Control of Your Passwords, version 4.1 (followed a day later by 4.1.1)
- Take Control of Sonoma, version 1.2
I’m expecting manuscripts from a couple of authors in the coming days, though when those books are released will depend on how long editing takes and a few other variables. I’m also starting work on the next major update of my own, a long-long-long-overdue new edition of Take Control of Your Online Privacy.
Meanwhile, I’ve been doing a lot of strategizing, scheduling, and outlining. I’m cooking up a plan to rework the way we cover macOS, iOS, and iPadOS in the future, and if all goes well, that will play out in a series of new books published between roughly August and November. There are a lot of pieces still to be worked out, but I’m aiming for a new way of approaching certain topics that makes more sense for readers, authors, and us as the publisher.
